The department of Quality, Accountability and Analytics is launching itself as an Equity-Centered Learning Organization. In an effort to model its development in the spirit of Silo-busting, the entire department is working together over between September 2013 and January 2014 on five cross-team Objectives. This will build the departments capacity to work together, reduce competition, increase productivity, while reducing wasteful activity.
